Payment Options
Incense Australia will accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Money order, Cheque or Direct Bank Transfer. You will be given our banking details if you select Bank Transfer as your preferred payment option on your order. Mail orders should be posted to: Incense Australia, PO Box 4072, Armidale NSW 2350, Australia. Please allow for clearance of cheques.

Postage
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We use Australia Post or a courier service for deliveries within Australia. Rates are automatically calculated using standard parcel rates. Deliveries to all destinations outside Australia are calculated using Australia Post current schedule of charges and will be shown on your invoice.

Insurance
We can register and insure deliveries within Australia on request. If you would like us to organise insurance please make a note of it in the special instructions box at the bottom of your order and we will contact you. Goods posted but not received within Australia may be subject to a claim for compensation at the discretion of Australia Post.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside Australia you are strongly advised to insure your goods against loss in transit. In the event of an uninsured loss we will provide you with the shipping and Customs documentation and request Australia Post investigate any claim made but cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Incense Australia will not be responsible for any uninsured goods ordered and not received, both within Australia and overseas.
